ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING
* Electronics and Communication Engineering department was started in the year 1980. The department is offering 4 year B.E program in ECE and 2 year M.Tech Program in Communication Systems. The department was accredited twice by National Board of Accreditation (NBA), AICTE, New Delhi in the years 2002 and 2006.
* The department has very well qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty comprising 7 Professors, 3 Associate Professors and 8 Assistant Professors and 12 supporting staff. The department has very well equipped laboratories.
* The department has both IETE and IEEE students Chapters. The department is actively engaged in counseling of students and is providing the students with valuable career guidance.
* ECE students are consistently figuring in the top 10 ranks in the university. ECE students secured 1st rank in the university many times so far.
* ECE students are doing exceptionally well in examinations GATE, GRE, TOEFL, CAT etc.
* Placement record of ECE students is good in on campus and off campus interviews.
* Our Alumni are occupying key positions in India and Abroad and the department is maintaining good interaction with them.
